We have selected natural scrubs, which can be used regularly on your skin to make it really pop. It’s probably best to use a scrub 2 or 3 times a week, not every day or you’ll lose your glow.

These are all hand made, using plant oils, sugar, essential oils and natural ingredients, so we’d recommend you apply the scrub before your bath or shower. Also, it might be best to do this in the tub already, so you don’t make too much of a mess!

Really take the time to massage the scrub all over your body, especially on rough areas like elbows, knees and heels. You can be gentle when you apply the scrubs, no need to overdo it as the scrubs are designed to do all all the work, not you! Next you can rinse off carefully, and have your shower and bath as usual. Apply your body cream or lotion, or if you have the time, why not follow with a luxurious body oil, whilst your newly smooth skin is still damp? Heaven. Just be careful if you are using oils so you don’t slip.
